Bend’s Acute Stabilization Program is designed for kids and teens, ages 8 to 25, who require an intensive outpatient program. Participants work with their therapy team 3 hours per day, 3 times per week from the comfort of home. This judgment-free, supportive environment is more structured than traditional therapy and can serve as an impactful therapeutic step down from inpatient or emergency care.

List of exclusions

  • Detox for alcohol or illicit drug use
  • Current suicidal ideation with a plan
  • Active command hallucinations, severe thought disorganization
  • Neurocognitive disorder who have severe memory or functioning difficulties
  • Severe eating disorders or a BMI less than 18 due to an eating disorder
  • Active child protection cases or concerns
  • Complex custodial situations, including ongoing disputes or custody conflict
  • Severe ASD (inability/limited ability to vocalize)
  • Severe social anxiety disorder (unable to turn on camera for sessions)
