Bend Health provides neuropsychological evaluation for kids, teens, and young adults ages 2-25. Testing is completed virtually in the comfort of the home, to ensure the most accurate results. However, not every case is appropriate for testing from Bend. Please refer to our list of neuropsych testing referral exclusions.

List of exclusions
- Detox for alcohol or illicit drug use
- Active suicidal ideation with a plan with the last 2 weeks
- Active self-injury within the last 2 weeks
- Active command hallucinations, severe thought disorganization
- Neurocognitive disorder who have severe memory or functioning difficulties
- Severe eating disorders or a BMI less than 18 due to an eating disorder
- Active child protection cases or concerns
- Complex custodial situations, including ongoing disputes or custody conflict
